School Based Services:

CYO provides School Based Services as needed during week days at the following locations:

1. Abraxis Charter School,
2. Airway Community School,
3. Santa Rosa City Schools.

Youth/Gang Outreach Service:

CYO provides Youth/Gang Outreach Services City-wide/Targeted Areas in the City of Santa Rosa. These services are provided weekly on a scheduled and off-schedule basis as needed for specific incidents, including weekends. CYO also conducts Outreach Social/Recreation Activities throughout the year and conducts weekly Evening Gym Recreation activities at various locations in City.

Youth Intervention/Case Management Services:

CYO provides Youth Intervention/Case Management Services referred from Juvenile Court, and Juvenile Probation on a selected basis.  CYO will formulate a service plan which can be implemented over a 30-60-90 day period.  

Incarcerated Youth Services:

Agression Replacement Training provided at Sonoma County Probation Camp and Re-Entry Care and Support services available.

under School Bases Services we can take out (delete) Airway Community and replace with Sonoma County Office of Education Court and Community Schools. (Airway is no longer a school)

Youth Education and Employment Services:

CYO provides educational support (school-re-entry, tutoring and group homework study), and employment readiness and job referral services. These services are provided to targeted youth who meet specific eligibility criteria.

Training and Consultation Services:

CYO conducts community/parent gang awareness and staff development training on a scheduled basis for government and nonprofit agencies in the Sonoma County.  CYO also consults with other service providers on gang’s trends and service delivery strategies.
