Services Incarcerated Youth Services::..

Incarcerated Youth Services are conducted in County and State youth correctional facilities. CYO staff reach out to these incarcerated youth to build rapport and develop relationship to better prepare them for re-entry into the community. In particular these services include:

• Life Skills, Gang Awareness/Diversion, and Substance Abuse Education Groups facilitated in Juvenile Justice Facilities.

• Personal support and assist while incarcerated.

• Re-entry assistance with establishing personal/social/education/vocational goals, daily action planning and community program service referral and enrollment prior to release from incarceration.
